When you book a discovery call, sign up for the podcast or email updates, or send us a message, we receive what you enter — typically your name, email address, phone number if you provide one, and anything you tell us about your business.

Like most websites, the systems that run this site keep basic technical logs — things like IP address, browser type, and the pages you visit — used to keep the site secure and working. Our booking and podcast tools may set the cookies they need in order to function. We do not run advertising trackers on this site.

To respond to your inquiries, schedule and prepare for your call, deliver the content you signed up for, provide services if you become a client, and keep the site running well. That's it.

We do not sell or rent your personal information to anyone, and we don't share it with third parties for their own marketing.

We use trusted service providers to make the site work — scheduling and client-management software for bookings, email and podcast delivery services, and website hosting. They receive only the information they need to do their job for us, and they aren't permitted to use it for anything else.

If you've opted into updates or the podcast, every marketing email we send includes an unsubscribe link that works with one click. We'll still send the practical messages you'd expect — like confirmations for a call you booked.

We keep your information only as long as it's useful for the purposes above. You can ask us at any time what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it — reach us through the contact options on our Book-a-Call page and we'll take care of it.

This site is for business owners and isn't directed to children under 13. We don't knowingly collect information from children.

If we change this policy, we'll post the update here with a new date at the top.
